Property Management Experience
Before founding Synergy Professional Services, I established a property management company in Boston and served as its President for eight years. The company was a fee-for-service property management company, with a portfolio of over 1500 units of privately owned housing, non-profit, low income tax credit housing, and public housing properties.
Included in the portfolio were HUD owned Section 8 properties, condominiums, rooming houses, single and multi-family residential properties, faith based affordable housing, bank foreclosures, and properties under receivership.
During its tenure, my firm also successfully contracted with the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency for a five-year, 151 tenant relocation program during a HUD substantial rehabilitation program in Boston, Massachusetts.
